@flyingdutchwx Always find these so interesting. If we are this far into winter with this little ice, historically does it ever close over in the remainder of winter? Or at least reach average seasonal cover?
Our latest research into Ontario’s independent schools serving 153,000 students, show that almost half of Ontario’s independent schools have a specialization, like STEM, special education, or Montessori. Only 4% are considered “elite!”

@tyleramidon Admin supply teaching in a classroom is an excellent grounding in the "why?" of school leadership. Highly recommend. (But the other work just waits for you....)
The only worthwhile growth (and almost always the only real growth) is organic growth—the result of slow, patient, long obedience in the same direction. Ignore the viral exhilaration and keep pursuing your vocation.

@d_mulder My lead question would be: 1) Does technology use with ______tool lead to being able to do something you couldn't otherwise do that leads to being able to love and to know more fully? 2) Does it diminish or accelerate human connection?
