Our Research and Development team recently held a workshop at The Seagoe Hotel, Portadown.
The overall aim was to identify collective priorities that will help shape the future of Research and Innovation within The Trust.

We are developing our ‘hospital at home’ service in the Newry and Mourne area.
Since it was set up, the ‘Acute Care at Home’ service has prevented over 12,000 hospital admissions and supported earlier discharge for more than 2000 people.

Over 100 beds in our hospitals are regularly filled with patients who are fit to leave. It’s vital that patients leave hospital within 48 hours of being assessed as medically fit for discharge. Timely discharge saves lives.
