@XMoney crazy awful customer service. Opened new account. A few days later account locked with no explanation. 21 days now and no updates and no way to reach customer service and cannot access funds. @CaliforniaDFPI

@LACoPublicWorks 2.5 weeks later and still no street cleaning. Cars don't even move or get ticketed. Do I get a refund of my taxes?

@LACoPublicWorks street cleaning hasn't happened in my neighborhood in a long time. So much trash accumulated along the curbs. Cars don't even bother moving on trash day. 91405 on saticoy Blvd. What's going on?

@JioCare I haven't asked about any of that and you guys keep copy pasting the same thing again and again. Hence useless. All I want to do is find out what date my number was deactivated on but that appears to be asking too much.

What if I was physically incapable of getting on a plane? In poor health? Aged? Not financially able to? Have current obligations? It's mind boggling that I have to physical travel to a different state to activate a virtual Sim. @reliancejio

@DoT_India @JioCare my sim was deactivated while traveling outside India. I'm presently locked out of everything (aadhar, upi, bank, Ola, digiyatra etc). Told I need to go to state where number was purchased (I don't live in that state anymore). How is that the only solution?

I have all my docs and can visit the local store but that isn't good enough it seems? Considering how the phone number in India is tied to everything, how can there be such an easy single point of failure? @DoT_India

@JioCare Hi Gita, that makes no sense. I am presently in Mumbai and locked out of everything from aadhar to phonepe to my bank accounts because I cannot get an otp. Surely you can validate my information at a local jio store and have the process go from there.

@reliancejio need some help. My sim was deactivated when I was out of the country for travel. Being told the only option to reactivate us to go back to city where sim was originally purchased (where I don't live anymore!). Surely that can't be right...

I have been trying to reach the dishonored check unit for two weeks at 916-657-8101. I have called several times a day including right at opening. Same thing each time they leave on hold for 2 minutes and then say high call volume and hang up on me. How do i reach them?@CA_DMV
