14 years ago @ 7.20pm our darling Lillian was hit by a car, the driver was not insured, doing 45mph & driving under the influence of drugs. John Page abandoned the car & left the scene. Lillian died 5 hours later.
He served 8 weeks!

@brooksybradshaw @UKRunChat For winter cycling I put handwarmers between shoe and overshoe (above toes) - works a treat. I don’t see why they wouldn’t also work between running shoe & a full shoe gaiters. I use gaiters for wet trail running and they hold pretty firm. Might need tape on the hand warmer
