@vodafoneireland After multiple msgs, your Complaints Dept haven't contacted us, provided resolution or even an update. So 30 days after reporting the issue, we are making a complaint to ComReg. However, if you can do anything about this we'd be delighted to hear about it!
Received another msg to say you're working on problem but more work to do. Since pole still down, line still broken and noone has been out, clearly no work has been done! Please stop repeating this excuse. Can you give us a date for restoration of the phone connection?
@VodafoneIreland "we don't have an answer" isn't a good enough answer. If they have a medical emergency my mother has no way of calling for help? When we first reported the fault we were told 3-5 days for it to be repaired. It is now 24 days. Who can we contact to escalate this?

@VodafoneIreland elderly parents now over 3 weeks w/o phone, internet and medical/panic alarm. Problem due to downed pole and broken line outside house. Staff keep saying it's an exchange issue and being worked on. Can't you do any better?
