@RosenthalHealth Practiced Emergency Medicine 43 years & trained 1000s of EM docs. Always taught “informed uncertainty trumps foolish certainty.” “Discharge diagnoses” are often the complaint w/deadly and dangerous now excluded. No excuse for a lousy discharge package that fails to explain that.

@_K3CL@jahorne Routine in much of Europe. We put too much into automobiles, free parking on public streets, I could go on. More investment in operating and maintaining public transit elevates all of us.
