Very disappointing from @FirstYork this evening - no 4 bus route diverted but no info from the driver about alternative route- felt very sorry for the tourists who had no idea the bus wouldn’t be going anywhere near their hotel - “jobsworth” driver’s response - ‘not my job!’ 😢
