Running related myth busting continues with the assistance of @DrChrisBarton & @rwilly2003
Happy running!
I've learned a lot of cool stuff about physical prep/training since I was a competitive golfer. But if I could go back, I'd focus a lot on the basics. Proper sleep before tournaments, Quality nutrition & hydration practices, and a well designed warm-up would be the priorities
When it comes to running performance, it's not all about the GLUTES! Soleus produces far more force during running than any other muscle group of the lower limb. Thanks @rwilly2003 for this wonderful slide; I hope you don't mind my graffiti! 😉

Finally finished reading it. Full of evidence based information. My concern is that we will focus too much on the impact of not having the perfect nights sleep.
