VHSL Physical Update!
ALL ATHLETES WILL NEED A VHSL PHYSICAL TO PARTICIPATE IN SUMMER WORKOUTS.
-Physicals must be dated post-May 1st.
-A '22/'23 physical is good until June 30th.
The form for VHSL physicals is attached below, and can be picked up in the main office.
