@LGUK have got a shiny new oled55gx which is lovely, but I’m not able to watch sky uhd on it - I get a UH011 error... any known issues? As @skytv say its bugger all to do with them and say it’s an LG issue...

Software version is 04.30.40
I’ve changed hdmi cable and tried different hdmi ports.
Disney/Netflix work ok, it just seems to be with the sky q content

Oled55gx6la was working fine with sky Uhd, but now I can’t get any sky uhd content. Any idea on how to fix please?
