@RoyalMail can you please explain to me why at your Northfield sorting office on the card delivered by yourselves states opening at 7. When I arrived there at 7am the notice on the door states it actually it isn’t open till 8am? Feel a little annoyed as it is a waste of time!

@FortemCares I wish they did! Still no heating, nearly 3 weeks. Come when nobody is home to repair (so you would think they have the part to repair it) Rearrange the repair, then told no record of the rearranged repair saying, it is to be raised as a new repair as they no part 🤷‍♀️
