So upset, went into @BootsUK and forgot my double points, the lady said come back with the coupon, so I did..! Then they told me I couldn’t add this coupon after the transaction just the points from the receipt, i agreed and In doing so she broke my card! All my points gone! 😔

@IKEAUK Milton Keynes- the cafe is a joke! Haven’t been in a while to eat, and now I removed why!! So slow and lack of customer service, get to front and no food left! Will not be returning for the cafe!
