Tutor & wellbeing coach - focusing on confidence and wellbeing. Finding ways to give everyone access to high quality tuition and wellbeing opportunities.
Massively frustrated with @O2. Ordered new phone last week, paid extra for delivery. Order is still 'processing' and no one can tell me anything - which is probably aswell since getting to speak to someone is nigh on impossible!
@HPUK desperately pulling my hair out with HP Instant Ink! I just need a person to speak to, to send me a new cartridge after I received a faulty one. I shouldn't have to, but I'm happy to buy one but literally can't speak to anyone to arrange! Your bots are driving me crazy!
@SamsungUK booked a repair for replacement screen for my daughter's tablet, but no idea how much this will cost. How do I find out? Been going round in circles on your website for the last hour.
Learning a New Way CIC is approved and ready to go! I am looking forward to bringing more fully-funded, quality tuition groups to life in areas of #Durham!
Education opportunities should be available to all and not just those who can pay for it!

My daughter has come out of school today with a letter for a camping 'experience' -1 night £112! 50% subsidy for FSM - £56 is more than many families have to buy food for a week. And this is 1 night!
#poverty really does rob those affected of experiences they really benefit from.
@CPAGUK and this is after buying swimming costume, swimming hat and goggles for 6 weeks worth of swimming lessons. Not optional. Unless you can't afford those things in which case you're excluded by not having the right equipment!

@CPAGUK £112 for a 1 night camping experience; to be paid in full within 5 weeks. My daughter wants to go & will; to others this is more than a week's worth of food & fuel! 50% subsidy for FSM is still not enough to give kids living in poverty the opportunity.

This is what I want to do more of! Providing funded tuition and wellbeing groups for all to attend, to help address #inequality and help move families out of #poverty with my #socent
I'd love my next group to be in #Aycliffe!

I'm looking for areas to expand to in #countydurham. Are you interested? Run by qualified teachers & wellbeing coaches like myself. With 1 in 3 children living in poverty in our county this should be accessible to all to help address inequality in education opportunities.
Funded tuition group running in Spennymoor is reaching children who may otherwise not be able to access tuition. It provides learning & social opportunities to help children feel less alone and to help nurture a sense of #community and belonging.
