@BuddenGerrie@DelusionPosting Looks closer to an after market modification.
As long as they are not printing the books themselves, using copies that were not acquired legally, presenting it as a unmodified version or claiming a different author then is it just a 2nd hand sale of a modified item.
@andrew_koenig@cutelipssx Iirc, the standard under the laws is basically improvements can be permanent or temporary.
A plant in a pot is temporary, a tree planted in the back yard is permanent.
The renter still owns anything temporary, anything permanent becomes part of the property and the landlords.
@AJNeRi6@nuhre_ Baldur's Gate : Dark Alliance? That 2001 console (originally just PS2) game loosely based on 3.0 rules?
Pretty fun game actually, I still have a copy.
@KitsuneroVT It depends on how it is used.
It is valid to filter out those with malicious intent or those who want to take over a hobby and change it to their ends as opposed tobthe desires of the current community.
But it is all to often used to keep out anyone new or slightly different.
@MisstahJoe The guy does not understand that homosexual and bisexual are different categories not one a subset of the other.
But it really comes down to how it's presented and portrayed, sexuality is rarely the make or break trait anymore. How they, and their actors, act is.
@RoshinKing@kangminlee Almost all their wealth is invested in businesses that keep the economy flowing.
You can not get rid of billionaires without removing investments, and investments fule to much development.
