@nxwestmidlands your bus driver on x1 just leaving Birmingham bus no E131 closed the doors on people at stop even though bus not full. He can’t move as road blocked but refused to open door to let us on. Disgusting

@BBCBreakfast some ticket offices will not have any staff there, just a roving team that travels around. Look at the West Midlands Trains proposal. RDG saying more staff on platforms does not account for smaller stations that will be unstaffed for the majority of the time.
