California has officially signed the “Stop Nick Shirley Act” (AB 2624) into law. This bill was created only after I exposed widespread fraud in immigrant communities across America, specifically in California’s Medicaid, nonprofits and other welfare programs funded by our tax dollars.

These politicians need the fraud to continue and they sadly use immigrants to do so often. They fund nonprofits and NGOs with hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars every year for immigration services, including free healthcare and have now made “immigration support service providers” essentially a protected class in California.

For example, if I film a hospice or a “learing center” with no patients receiving millions through Medicaid and the owner gives me a paper saying I cannot publish the video, I cannot publish it. If I publish it to expose them and they claim it caused them “fear” or a third party threatens them, I face a minimum $4,000 civil fine plus the legal fees of the individual or group suing me.

This bill was created by the Attorney General’s wife and co-sponsored by CHIRLA, a nonprofit that has received over $80,000,000 in taxpayer dollars for “immigrant support services.” Do you understand how this works yet? When the fraud is exposed, they create new laws to protect the fraudsters and penalize those who expose it.

By signing this bill, the Governor and California politicians expose themselves as the corrupt politicians they are. This is not the end, the fight has just begun. More to come soon, this is far from over.

I want to show you exactly what it fixed and what it did not, because people assume a document like this closes the book.

What it fixed: the conviction. Legally I am clear. That is real and I am grateful for it. President Trump did that, and I will say thank you for the rest of my life.

Here is what it did not fix.

It did not give back four years. Three in a federal cell and one on an ankle monitor where I was not allowed past my own front door. Fifteen months of that was solitary confinement. Eighteen hours in the cell and one hour out. Then thirty six hours in and one hour out.

It did not fix a family that had to learn how to live without me, and then had to learn how to live with me again.

It did not fix what fifteen months alone in a box does to a man's head.

And it did not touch the record. In December 2021 a federal judge said on the record that my due process rights were violated. Nobody has answered for that. Not one person lost a job. Not one person lost a pension.

A pardon is mercy. Mercy and justice are not the same thing. Both are good. Only one of them makes a system change how it behaves next time.

So I am building the other one.

I am putting the entire record online where it cannot be buried. Documents, transcripts, dates, names, the parts that make people uncomfortable. Not rumor. Not a podcast take. The paper itself.

That is the work. It costs money and hours I do not really have, and I am doing it anyway, because the next family this happens to should not have to start from zero the way I did.

It's difficult to explain but this is the same syndrome that took hold in news, leading me to quit CBS in 2014.
It got to where certain executives wanted to censor info and stories not because there was anything wrong with them, they just didn't like the conclusion people might draw.
I argued that it wasn't our job or concern to try to force people to think a certain way. What they do with the info we give them is their business.
If we decide it's our job to shape public opinion rather than report info, and when we get "vested" in an outcome, then we can't be fair reporters.
That's largely what's happened.
Now, people aren't even hiding this ludicrous argument: "We don't want you to see or hear this factually true information because we don't think you would draw the proper or state-approved conclusion."

This is when I began publicly encouraging people to block Candace Owens, Ian Carroll, and their moronic cult.

This is when they randomly decided that RFK Jr. was controlled by Israel, because he didn’t do something they wanted, immediately when they wanted it. Candace Owens and Ian Carroll dug up some old debunked sexual assault allegations against RFK Jr., and claimed they had concrete evidence from secret sources that RFK Jr. was being blackmailed by Israel.

Spoiler alert, they never produced any evidence for any of these claims, silently walked back all their “reporting” after they were exposed as liars, and then moved onto the next thing, which of course ended up being “Trump/Israel bad”. Then when Charlie was assassinated, they did the same thing all over again.

This is my way of saying “I told you so”.

While Eric Swalwell was involved with Fang, he and his buddy Adam Schiff leaked fake stories to the media claiming I was a Russian spy who had an affair with President Trump’s National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

I was a respectable academic nursing a newborn at the time. The media descended on us. These stories ruined my career.

The fake affair story had previously been placed into the FBI files by operative Stefan Halper and British operative Christopher Steele as part of the anti-Trump plot. The FBI ruled internally that it was false, but Comey leaked it to Schiff and Swalwell, who then leaked it to the papers.

Later, Wray’s FBI had evidence from a high-ranking source on the House Intelligence Committee that Swalwell and Schiff were leaking classified and fake information about President Trump's National Security Advisor and me.

Even though there is more than enough evidence against Swalwell and Schiff, they still have not been prosecuted.
