I’ve been renewing my Star Comprehensive Health Insurance for 3 years.
Last month, during an emergency, I called my broker multiple times — no response for 15 days.

I submitted my claim documents on 10th November, and today is 25th November.

Every time I raise a query, I only hear: “We are tracing the request.”

This is extremely disappointing and not the service anyone expects from Star Health.
