@TurkishAirlines I am shocked at the service as we were made to wait almost 13 hours and nothing was sorted in those 13 hours, we received no update at all and the holiday has been ruined. (pt9)

@TurkishAirlines This has caused us to miss another flight after spending almost 13 hours in the airport, a wasted cab journey there and back as we were unable to check in. This has ruined our anniversary as this was a holiday we planned and we were unable to go. (pt8)

@TurkishAirlines The next person I got through to was whispering on the phone and wouldn’t speak up, eventually she cut the line off. At this point we have 30 mins left to check in and I’ve been put on hold for 20 minutes while the call handler sends and email over. (Pt6)

@TurkishAirlines every time we called the line got cut off when they didn’t know what to do.This happened all day.When it was time to check in we called up again to make payment & the same thing was said to us & we were told to call back later when we only had 2 hours to check in
@TurkishAirlines We were told payment cannot me taken at this time and we should wait and call back later. We called back almost every hour with 18 calls made by myself, 3 calls by my wife and 3 calls from my friend. (pt3)
@TurkishAirlines The first person I spoke to didn’t understand what I was saying due to language barrier, eventually after going back and forwards we managed to reserve tickets for the flight that evening but payment wasn’t taken (pt2)
