@ChrisWhite_1972@Acyn Going Out in Style is a more upbeat one I enjoy but The Green Fields of France is a cover of an anti-war ballad that is probably my favorite song of theirs.
@fatstevebuscemi This post and your added context made my day! ST was a favorite growing up and Yo Gabba Gabba's creator Christian Jacobs' (The Aquabats) work is always great to see.
@Timothy_J_Kalki@gardenparty85@fatstevebuscemi Your comment was great & hilarious, for the sake of being pedantic I point out that Tendencies was the load lifter in the name. The further irony being they probably prevented a lot more suicides by telling disaffected youth to just say fuck it. Again, loved your original comment
@NVIDIAGeForce@Warcraft My core memory will always be the time 2-3 months after launch when Ironforge was perma lagging (only auction house, last implemented city, and main hub in early vanilla) and the city glitched (disappearing) causing me to fall to my death. I seriously loved it!
@thatbilloakley@McDonalds There's a video somewhere of Kroc giving an interview and telling the story about the bet. He really hated the idea of having "smelly" fish in his restaurants.

@CBSSunday Great story, It's crazy on the B2B side too. It's funny how companies make it nearly impossible to get tier2. I once told the tier1 the specific change that required an engineer (business telecom) & they insisted on repeating the script infinitely. I don't blame the agents though

@TychoBrahe You have review sites that are owned by companies w/ ties to entertainment companies & user reviews that are full of people that demand the ability to review based on emotional response to the movie's existence. Critic reviews are also usually lost in the quantification process.
@AdamSessler As a replacement for high scores I like achievements but then I think about the times I obsessed over a part of a game I didn't really enjoy for an achievement.
It's weird but not surprising to see people who hate "thoughts and prayer" essentially do the same thing. Resorting to talking points and glossing over tragedy when confronted with atrocities is a sign of being properly propagandized. Prioritizing being right over people's lives.
@UniversalORL#UOfistbump to Kevin at Sugar Plums in Diagon Alley. Last Thursday he checked on me after seeing me in rough shape (dehydrated) on one of the benches. I really appreciated the concern of him and the supervisor.
@cwgabriel This seems about right. The first movie turned me off to the series but Bumblebee was entertaining and it's the same people so I don't know.
