The holy Buddha Relics were Preserved in a sacred crystal stupa.

Got a golden opportunity to offer prayers for Universal Peace,  Prosperity and Harmony.

On behalf of the people of Ladakh, I extend my heartfelt  gratitude to Sh. Nitin Gadkari Ji, Hon'ble Union Minister of Road, Transport & Highways GoI,   for approving Rs 1196.22 cr  for the construction Tunnel across  Fotula  Pass on Kargil - Leh  National Highway (NH - 01).

Discussed a wide range of developmental issues of Zanskar in UT Ladakh and expressed gratitude.

Early spring vibes of my hometown - Zangskar.

The sky is crystal clear reflecting the golden sun rays from the snow capped mountain peaks.

The landscape is amazingly covered with a thin sheet of white-gold though this snow is not sufficient for upcoming farming activities.

My first formal interaction with the Hon'ble Chief Secretary of Union Territory of Ladakh at Civil Secretariat Leh Ladakh.

Raised public pressing issues for early redressal.

The CS assured his prompt intervention keeping in view the larger public interest of Zanskar.

He assured n passed direction to ARTO Kargil for the arrangements of such beneficial camp in Zanskar during the current month of May.

Heartiest congratulations to Justice BR Gavai on taking the oath as the first ever Buddhist to lead the nation's Judicial system as the 52nd Chief Justice of India, following the retirement of Justice Sanjiv Khanna.
