@RoyalMail I'm gutted! My delivery was delayed yesterday because of the strikes, ok, I accept that, but then to tell me that my item will not be delivered untill NEXT WEEK because i was 'not in'! I was in, it's a business address, we were here from 7 am untill 6pm!

@AmazonHelp Thanks, but the question is@why it’s taking an extra 8 days to do@the overnight ferry trip to Shetland. As shetland is one of your biggest customer basis per head of population, do you feel that 9 days instead of 24 is reasonable?

So, I placed an order on 5/12 for a bottle of whisky from @AmazonUK for delivery to Shetland. ETD 9 days. I ordered another bottle on 6/12 for delivery to Aberdeen. Delivered in under 24 hours. Question: Do you realise that the boat to Shetland leaves from Aberdeen everyday?
