Habe die Pakete extra Express an die Station bestellt weil ich arbeiten war und die Sachen heute brauche. Kollegin der Hotline sagt da kann man nichts machen. Wie kann sowas sein?

@DHLPaket Moin, Pakete liegen in der Packstation und ich kann es mit neuem Handy nicht abholen. App sagt altes Handy aus der Geräteliste löschen, dann kann man aktivieren. Jetzt habe ich es gelöscht und kann nicht mal das alte Handy holen und damit ans Fach. Was mach ich jetzt?

Also habe ich code zur Aktivierung angefordert. Kommt per Post 2-5 Werktage. Alter Code den ich jetzt Zuhause raus gesucht habe ist dadurch deaktiviert. Hotline Mitarbeiterin sagt ich muss jetzt warten bis der Brief kommt. Nicht im ernst oder?!
