We have a problem with this sport. There is little to no network coverage and tickets are expensive for live events. Skate Canada need to assess its priorities ASAP.

How are there so few people at @SkateCanada nationals?! This is actually embarrassing and very sad for our sport.

Like give tickets away if you have to. Fill those seats with school kids, i am sure there are skating clubs, retirees, anyone!!

@PrincessBeany @SkateCanada At this point they should be making the event as accessible as possible. Imagine this being your “Nationals” crowd. When I was skating, sectionals had more of an audience.

Tickets for Skate Canada intl were also a barrier. Drop the prices, fill the seats.

@Doublethrees3 I mean…. Comparatively to previous years, it’s pretty ‘deep’. For a while there went may ladies doing triple triples or 3lutz. It’s clearly not deep compared to Japan or Korea, but for Canada is pretty deep lol
