Kept seeing the term "blade" in azure docs. Had to look it up because it was a new term. This is the most Microsofty way of solving a problem.
"Use blade to refer to a pane in the Azure portal. Avoid talking about blades. Instead, try to discuss what the customer needs to do."

@JamesClear Engineering is full of these kinds of things. First one that comes to mind is refrigeration. Going into the problem your Instinct would be try somehow produce cold material or something. Fridges actually work by being really good at removing heat.

Capturing ideas in a zettelkasten system has completely consumed me. I found making connections between my notes very awkward at first. Now ideas immediately find so many connections as I go to place them in my zettel. It's addicting!
