Once this area was notorious for Chambal Dakus.

This temple is in Morena.
On a hilltop, dedicated to 64 Yoginis, destroyed & looted - not a single yogini Pratima is left in this temple- most of them smuggled or broken.

When I hiked up there was not a single soul around, not even the mandir Panditji.
I got this beautiful temple for myself for more than an hour.
Those were one of the most peaceful hours in a long long time.
I don’t remember feeling that calm for months.

Wish I could go back to that moment again and stay a bit longer.
