All of our baggage is missing…. On a direct flight…. Not sure how it happens. Our friends were on the same plane and their 4 bags made it. Where do we go for help pls? We don’t have anything

Our luggage was lost on a direct flight from Calgary to Cabo today flight WS2288. No one at the airport could help me and I was told not one person at the airport is an actual Westjet employee. We have submitted a lost luggage report

@McCurdy1987 @WestJet I had a very similar experience. @WestJet hasn’t replied to our complaints from 2.5 weeks ago. We had to spend extra funds on hotel and transport. Not a word back from them. But all the same auto replies.

I have since sent a direct message to Westjet, I’ve also sent a message through Westjet website with a request for response and have hear nothing back. It would have been good practice so ensure no one was hurt or needing emotional support

@WestJet Flight 1493 out of phx on July 15 to YYC encountered bad turbulence which left a lot of passengers screaming and upset. I was surprised the captain and crew didn’t acknowledge the turbulence nor ask any passengers if they needed assistance.

@WestJet Is this normal course of business. I would have thought the flight attendants or captain would have asked if anyone needed assistance or acknowledged that everything was going to be ok.

Hey @WestJet flight 1403 from Phx To YYC was cancelled after we were already on the flight. We are all now waiting at the checkin desk to look for some help and no one is here. Please help

@WestJet When all this is over maybe all airline passengers should wear a mask when they fly. Enforced by the airlines... I for one would appreciate the airlines handing out masks at boarding and simply adding the cost to the price of the flight. Keep safe.
