@amazonIN I had ordered a electronic toothbrush but got a normal fuddu toothbrush and when contacted customer support after 6days of delivery they're saying it's a non-returnable item and return period is over. They can't do anything.

But there was no such thing on product delivery page. Customer support saying, I have to read all those t & c before purchasing.
What kind of pathetic disgusting service is this? I don't know how but I need my refund. Check two attached screenshots.

I have raised a request via email on 4th July,26 and I was told that I would get a response within 5working days. And today on 16th July there is no response yet from BOB.
So,how many more days BOB Card team needed to resolve a query?
