@EvanChilds11 We don’t know what course it’s going to follow and we don’t know how to treat it. All we know is that it is very contagious and very deadly so we are doing everything we can to avoid contracting or spreading it until we can get some type of treatment or vaccine in place.

@EvanChilds11 I’m glad it does. I’ve worked in the emergency room for almost a decade now and have been through many flu seasons. This last season was a particularly bad one where we had a ton of positive cases but we know the flu. It’s familiar to us. But this new virus is not.

@EvanChilds11 COVID-19 is much more contagious and deadly than the flu, which is why we go to such extreme measures to avoid contracting it when taking care of those who test positive. It’s just not comparable to the flu when you look at the big picture.

This was Rusty. For 10 years he comforted patients and staff at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. Yesterday, one day after his eighteenth birthday, Rusty passed away. Flowers and a pair of his trademark glasses were left on his favorite chair. He is our fifteenth 15/10 ❤️
