Showing trailer or some kind of video as a hook looks like a great idea! #sarah #jessi #TeachTechS16 #j

I want to check it out more too! Seems like a more advanced version of prezi https://t.co/d6Eel8eoxk #Teachtechs16 https://t.co/J7lAMb0EYp

Kahoot quiz was really interesting! I want to use it later in my teaching @selina_horsley @haleyacrissman #TeachTechS16

Digital commerce is imp: Student's private info could be unintentionally released and they could be exposed to cyberbullying #TeachTechS16

[Samantha Park @skehdus5278]

But still hurts to see that there is no solid resolution to providing technology access to all students #TeachTechS16

[Samantha Park @skehdus5278]

Was worried about students w/ lack of tech access at home. But glad to find out they could use school library or computer lab #TeachTechS16

https://t.co/D4PRhCEBli To improve productivity, I will use Google Sheet as to-do list! #TeachTechS16

Teacher Productivity: Efficiently doing what I need to do to give the best to my students and myself as a teacher #TeachTechS16

UDL principle that I tend to miss the most is the engagement, not really varying resources/demands to maximize challenge #TeachTechs16

[Samantha Park @skehdus5278]

Need ardor towards using tech, since it can create positive learning environment and make teachers ask ideas from students #TeachTechS16

My favorite AT resource is text-to-speech software! https://t.co/0efm4XJtNw #TeachTechS16

[Samantha Park @skehdus5278]

Maybe I could also try out the software/device myself in the place of my students to see if it helps well! #TeachTechS16

[Samantha Park @skehdus5278]

Also I'll do research to see which software/device works most effectively with students' learning & engagement before using it #TeachTechS16

[Samantha Park @skehdus5278]

I would use AT based on what students need help with, whether that is speech/listening communication or reading comprehension #TeachTechS16

[Samantha Park @skehdus5278]

Seems like AT can help ELL students too, like pens that recognize specific words or word processors w/ spell and grammar check #TeachTechS16

[Samantha Park @skehdus5278]

What is AT? Does it stand for "assistive technology"? #TeachTechS16

Advice for teachers! Use CONFU guidelines if you are not sure if you are following the law or are curious about fair use #TeachTechS16

Didn’t know there are non-copyrighted options. Was little stressed about copyrights, but relieving now b/c of these options! #TeachTechS16

We used papers and pens when I was in high school. That was how every assessments were done for us back then. No technology :( #TeachTechS16
