Now I’m supposed to be at hospital for surgery at 7:30 am, Cigna prior auth opens at 8 am. No idea what to do. Way to make a miserable surgery even more unpleasant. Yay for the expensive premiums I pay. I promise the lymphoma these cause would be pricier than this surgery.

@Cigna strikes again: supposed to have recalled breast cancer recon implants out Mon morning. Called Fri at 4:45 pm to be told prior auth never happened. Told they’d be working on it and to call this afternoon. Now that dept. is closed all wknd. See comments
