@shipsandpigs I agree with a lot of your sentiments, and would like to think we act exactly as you describe. However, with my client hat on, I would also say that an NDA is sometimes crucial in protecting a client’s commercial interests, especially if the information used or shown is sensitive

@GoodwinSmithSOS if a delivery is not made the onus is on the retailer to sort the problem quickly. I had a response from Hermes within 2 days. I assume you have the same response, so please just send another pair of boots and take it up with Hermes. I am the customer after all.
