There is more to the story …

1. Switzerland also has low tax rates which mean more disposable income thus a higher savings rate.

2. Their system of lump sum taxation for the very wealthy means it attracts the top 1% of global wealth which also skews the number of millionaires upwards because this tax appeals to them exclusively
