@skatothecore @2goodwheels Skerningham had been deemed unsuitable for housing for a list of reasons a number of times until 2017 ( TVM elected) when suddenly if became an allocation in Dton’s draft local plan. Ben Houchen applied for £250m of tax payers money for Skerningham garden village via TVCA
