A thread on the visual brilliance of #KGFChapter2 👉
@bhuvangowda84 's amazing cinematography and @prashanth_neel 's brilliant direction have elevated KGF2 to a work of ART. Even shots where a character is not the main subject (B-rolls?) look epic.

Finally watched #Kantara . Fantastic story & visuals. Interesting characters. Climax was mind blowing. Writer-director-lead actor #RishabShetty carries the film throughout. The real "twist" is that film's budget was just 16 Crores. I thought it was much higher. #Kantarareview
Ok. The #BrahmastraTrailer looks much much better than the teaser. VFX still feels saturated like a video game but it fits the story. I think romance angle is distracting but otherwise story is interesting. They have tried something different. Hope audiences accept #Brahmastra

@kamaalrkhan Fair enough. If a star has given so many flops in a row, filmmakers can start to doubt him as a reliable star. No sense in paying him 75 cr if the film isn't guaranteed to become a blockbuster. Not just a hit, but a blockbuster.
@iLoyalSalmanFan@taran_adarsh Not an expert on film finances, but I don't get why producers can pay so much for one actors fees. It would have made sense if actor was 100% guaranteed to make the film a blockbuster. But since it's a 50-50 chance of success, it's like producers are gambling with their money.
Lol. 10 crore budget is not overambitiousness. Kannada fim industry have shown it's possible to make technically good films on very low budget. Bollywood now has no excuse to spend 100 to 300 crore on films that may or may not do well in box office.
