What’s the use in having an appointment at @DiscountTire when they don’t take your vehicle in for 2 hours...?! Is the appt really necessary?! I’ve seen maybe 10 people come in AFTER me and they’re already gone. Another customer and I have been waiting since 3:10 pm. It’s 5:30!
