@PennyPullan A5 As already mentioned, a lot more people have had exposure to Google Docs & Sheets and collaborating remotely. I think also that people can work from home effectively maybe for part of the week. I sure many don't miss the daily commute #pmchat
@ruffh2o A6 That's a toughie. It is very hard to go a look for evidence that you are wrong when you think that you have information that supports your opinion. Not ignoring evidence that you have is part of critical thinking #pmchat
@ruffh2o Starting a programme on the basis that it is just a large project and not thinking about efficiencies that could be gained later by looking at project management and workflow systems #pmchat
@ruffh2o A4 Dialogue with the team and stakeholders and always be cognisant of the business case. Embed critical thinking in the project's decision making #pmchat
@ruffh2o A2 This depends on the size/impact. I have seen the final implementation look quite different in detail from the initial "design". On the other hand something are just embedded into the project #pmchat
@ruffh2o A1 bias is always a problem even when you know it exists. Trying to make decisions based on facts is a help but when do we have all the information in a quick moving project? #pmchat
