@bobby_mcgi54028 @brosettastone11 The east is not in for a consistently cold winter. There will be a lack of a -nao pattern due to the westerly QBO Phase. Sub tropical jet brings warm pac air. The cold will be anchored up north. With occasional once 2 months cold for like a few days and flurries
