Abu Hanifa Dinawari was a Persian. The Kurds cannot claim him. The city of Dinawar was in Iran (it was destroyed by the Turkmen in 1172 AD). It wasn't even in the Zagros mountains. A Kurdish dynasty took control of the town briefly from 959 to 1015. But Al-Dinawari died in 895.
