It would be very helpful if anyone knows the appropriate government official who could help deal with @DhlGlobal in Germany ? I tried the General Attorney but it doesnt seem to work like that Here. I have tons of evidence that shows they get paid in full to do an incomplete job.

Crazy to me how bad @DHLGlobal Shipping in Germany is. They allow there employees to harass customers and withhold packages. Even when your home they wont Deliver, they just drop your stuff off at some store for you to pickup. Complain to the CEO ? he doesn't seem to care either.

Hello @Microsoft I tried to find out how to opt out of arbitration by searching & contacting you but never found any info. This tweet can act as my opt out.? While I cant imagine suing a company I like, I dont want to take incentive away from the ones who would if they needed to

@Microsoft How would one opt out of the arbitration clause to use windows 10 ? There are no instructions on the website and its not something I feel anyone should have to agree to. Forced arbitration needs to be looked into by the @FTC As it is something that effects rights.
