@Diana_C_McNally @ChrysalisChris what? horrible. i'm truly grateful for MAID but this highlights immense potential for abuse. what's the validity of mental health as a reason? years ago, a student friend who struggled with depression, really REALLY tried, gave up and killed himself. it was his right. but MAID?

As of yesterday I am paying @Bell for tablet plans without #mobiledata. Am told my BYOD tablets can't access tablet data plans. Need to either pay $25 more per month per device, or buy a tablet through @Bell. /1

@Aeroplan @aeroplan problem resolved, we hope. but me spending HOURS trying to get through and then 45 mins waiting on hold when i do - that's the real problem. mistakes happen. YOUR AGENTS CAN HELP! but customers need to be able to reach you to get that help.

@aeroplan i need to talk to someone about my booking in less than 24 hours. there is an error. all i am getting is "i cannot connect you to an agent due to high call volume". this is BAD. your people are nice but your service is crap.

@aeroplan 28 failed phone attempts - which i recognise did not help your stuggling voice menu system - and finally i've squeaked onto the agent queue. PLEASE don't drop the call like last time i was talking to your agent.

@AM730Traffic my kids are in a car in N Van. took 1 hour to turn from st georges northbound onto keith rd eastbound and move 2 car lengths on keith rd turned onto keith road 25 minutes ago. moved 2 car lengths, not moving. there is NO SIGN OF "recovery".
