#becomingmath A3. I always tell students “good thinking”, point out the partial correctness or partial correct thinking, and scaffold them until they get to where they need to be.

#becomingmath A2. Heidi allowed wait time, engaged students with mathematical thinking, used a random way of calling on students, taught students how to have a discussion by modeling it, and she explicitly taught students to challenge themselves and take risks in class.

Forget Movie Pass! Just went to a 7:15 movie, went to check in and all of a sudden nothing was available until the 10 o’clock shows in any theater. They just cut all the seven and 8 o’clock shows. Not cool when you drive to the movies! Canceled my account.
