@giffgaff Then it sends a code to my mum's phone that's 40 miles away from me , this is ridiculous and I'm about done with giffgaff

@giffgaff I do they are both on the same email address and they both come out of the same bank account, but when I try and log into my account with my number it trys logging me into my mum's account the one I'm trying to get rid of

@giffgaff This doesn't work, how many times do I have to tell you, I do not have the phone it's at my parents house, how can I log in with a code when the phone is elsewhere, this conversation is going nowhere, and you are not helping me in the slightest.

@giffgaff People get extra numbers for family members but can't access them as the app sends the code to the other phone immediately before you can even select where you want the code to go

@giffgaff It's the verification that's the problem it doesn't give me any options it sends it straight to the other phone as soon as I try to log in to the account , your app needs updating to allow customers with more than one account to access all with one log in

@giffgaff I have a second giffgaff number that I got for my elderly parents, they don't use it, I want to cancel the number but can't log in on my app as it keeps sending a code to the phone at their house even though the account is in my name. And I can't download two of the same app
