@chukdotcom @AdamGrossTX I’ve seen some weird UP stuff and feel like I’ve been a beta tester, so totally get ya. I’ve had more success than fails, although the fails are WTH moments, some unsolvable.

@AdamGrossTX Printers will only show if you have permission to the printer and it is shared correctly (check). Also make sure your not being prompted for credentials. Try clearing the location filter, too. When cleared, you should see all printers you have permission to. 1/2

@AdamGrossTX 2/2, Beyond that, MS has a great how to guide on setting up Fiddler to inspect traffic, and I can help with that too. Let’s see if the filter clear helps first.

@acjuelich Don’t judge me, a Netgear CM1000 has been solid; reboot prolly every 6 mos. I find it’s more of my ISP issue versus this box.

@IntuneSuppTeam Is it possible to list #UniversalPrint app deployments under user’s assigned applications in #MEM? As an admin, I consider this an app deployment. Will help quickly verify if the user has an active UP deployment targeted to them. Thanks! #Intune

@djammmer To me, as the mentor, it’s not about the tech skill. I can teach you to do XYZ, but I need you to understand the issue, capture the info, and seek out the proper team to assist. Once fixed, create the KB article. All while delighting our customer :)
