Get your phone to Hush! 🤫🔥
For 2 months I built the focus app I always wanted to use.
Most focus apps and screen time blockers are built for engagement metrics. Hush is built to ignore them.
It's free. No subscription, no premium upsell, no "pro" wall hiding the good features.
Here's what it does:
⚡ Instant Focus
One tap = 25, 45, or 90 minutes of deep work. No schedule needed. Distracting apps quit on launch. Websites get blocked with a 🛡️ page.
📅 Scheduled Focus
Set your work hours and Hush activates automatically. Mon-Fri 9 to 6, weekends free, whatever fits.
🍵 Breaks
60 minutes a day to step away. Take them when you need them.
🎯 Daily Intention
"Today I will…" → write it once, see it every morning. Tick off tasks from your Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.
🔥 Streaks
Daily focus minutes stack into a streak you'll want to protect. Widgets, Pomodoro timer, mindful break gate — all built in.
🧘 Mindful Pause
Try to disable focus during work hours and a 5-second breath asks "are you sure?" before letting impulse win. Borrowed from One Sec.
📱 + 💻 iPhone + Mac
Schedule, allowlist, sessions, streaks, stats all synced in real time through your private iCloud. Start a session on your phone, your Mac quiets down with it.
🔇 What Hush doesn't do:
— No account, no login
— No tracking
— No analytics or telemetry
— No third-party SDKs
— No ads
— No subscriptions, no upsells
Your data lives on your device.
Tired of being optimized for engagement by every app on your phone? That's why Hush exists. Productivity, focus, screen time, deep work, mindful tech, distraction blocker, Pomodoro, app blocker, website blocker all in one quiet tool.
Closed beta open now:
📱 iPhone via TestFlight
💻 Mac via direct DMG

meet our app's new mascot 🟢⚔️
is he perfect? nope lol. but for our MVP he more than does the job — talks, blinks, waves, cheers, all running live in-app.
if this thing takes off, he's getting a serious glow-up. for now: shipped > polished 🤝

@indiesoftwaredv I mentioned the settings in the “Campaigns” and “Ad Sets” sections, but I actually feel like I did something wrong these results don’t make any sense because
@indiesoftwaredv Do you post it to your Instagram account and share it from there, or do you share it directly as a custom post? Also, do you think there’s any difference between the two methods?
@athcanft I recently launched a new app and waited 72 hours before running ads because my subscriptions weren’t showing up in the app it’s really ridiculous.
