I’ve lived here my whole life, if you live in LO West Linn or nice parts around Portland it’s really nice. Downtown is a complete shit show. Getting yelled at by Tweakers, constant sell of piss or getting taxed up the ass doesn’t make this place a good place to live. All the players live in LO or west Linn btw
