Gas went over $4 a gallon for the first time in July of 2008.

Oil was around $140 a barrel, eventually going up to $148 in July of 2008.

Today, gas was 4.47 a gallon.

Today, oil was at $92.60 a gallon.

This isn't the war with Iran.

Back in 2008 oil damn near hit $148 a barrel and gas was around 4 bucks.

Now oil is way lower and somehow we’re still paying more at the pump.

You can throw out all the excuses you want, but regular people know when something smells fishy.

I love the idea of cleaning house.
Getting rid of all the politicians that make promises and don’t keep them. They go to DC and completely forget about their constituents and are enthralled with the power they’ve been given, somehow getting rich off a salary that isn’t rich.
I want them all gone.

I am seeing a lot of posts advocating for this and I completely agree.
But I am also seeing
“I am not voting.”
“I am done with them.”
“We have to sit out this election so they know we are done with them!”

I get it.

That’s not for now though, that’s done in primaries.
You don’t like your rep or senators?
Vote them out in the primary.
The general is the war.
And if we lose the war, we lose it all.
Some of us see further out.
We see what happens if we lose.
We see the borders reopened.
We see big tech censoring our speech.
We see our individual rights being stripped from us.
We see more and more indoctrination of our schools.
We see the preying upon of gender confused children increased.
We see a greater appeasement to radical Islam.
We see communism being ushered in full force.
You think the cost of living is high now, wait till taxes skyrocket if the left gain power.
The only way to hold this all back is to show up this November and vote.
I get it, you are frustrated with the GOP - same here.
But we are heading into war and sitting out loses us everything.
