@Wayfair how is a dishwasher marked delivered when RXO says it was returned due to their issue? After weeks and multiple calls, I’m now told to contact the manufacturer. Please explain.
@Wayfair@SamsungUS@Wayfair, @rxoinc keeps forwarding the call to @SamsungUS and Samsung says they have created the ticket for @rxoinc to schedule the delivery. NO ONE knows how this is working between them. They have ZERO knowledge about how to fix their own issues.
