@AmazonHelp hey your new “Add to Delivery with Amazon Prime” feature is setting up customers for failure. It set a gift card I DID NOT want to use as the default payment method and spent $11, which caused my refund transaction to cancel.

@AmazonHelp Your CS team also had no idea that 1. gift cards are automatically set as the default payment method if they exist and 2. the “add to delivery with Amazon prime” feature exists. Your CS teams need to be aware of product launches. This is insane

@AmazonHelp an order was accidentally refunded to a gift card and I called CS to move that transaction to my Amazon credit card on 8/24. You didn’t deduct the funds from the gift card, and days later you charged it. Now I can’t get refunded.
