Teams told there's a fire station a mile down the road if emergency response is needed. #SaferSidelines
Other considerations:
1. Rule out stress fracture
2. Temporarily reduce or eliminate running (no painful running).
3. Cross-train to allow bone repair.
4. Strengthen the entire leg.
5. Consider insoles or new shoes.
6. Gradual return to pain-free running.
