2 Sr citizen passengers booked AC economy class tickets for 04009 while they have boarded in 14007.

Seems #Amzonnow has started a fraud. Ordrd grocery items on 17th which was not delivered but the stataus updated as dlvrd. Got refund yesterday. Today again Ordered grocery items, again without delivering status is updated as dlvered. They don't pic call too.

This clearly reflects the poor customer service by Amazon. Delivery agents are allegedly committing fraud at the ground level, yet no action taken yet
